Our Quality Guarantee At Fiord Skin, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are fulfilled through professional lab partners and for hygiene reasons, we primarily offer resolutions for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@fiordskin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us resolve this quickly for you, please include a photo of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Hygiene Due to the nature of skincare products and strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or for any products that have been opened, used, or have had their seals broken.

Returns Process If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us at hello@fiordskin.com before taking any action.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (Self Named). * Items sent back to the fulfillment center or to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

  • If a return is authorized, we will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding your current item. If a return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item once the process is complete.

US & International Orders For our customers in the United States, please be aware that shipping costs and any potential import duties or taxes incurred at the border are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your request or inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
